How it works
Therapy, one letter at a time
No waiting rooms, no scheduling, no pressure of the clock. Write as often as you like — I reply every business day, for a month.
You write to me
Send me an e-mail about what's on your mind — as much or as little as you like. There's no wrong way to start; I'll guide us from there.
I reply with care
You'll receive a considered therapeutic letter: reflections, questions and practical directions written for you, not a quick note.
A reply every business day
You can write as often as you like — I answer once on every business day, Monday to Friday. A month means around 21 replies that build on each other. Weekends are quiet.
Everything stays confidential
Our correspondence is private and protected, exactly like in-person therapy. What you write stays between us.
Common questions
What does a month of letters look like?
You write as often as you like, and I reply once every business day for a month — roughly 21 replies. There is no appointment to keep and no clock running on your side.
Is e-mail therapy as effective as face-to-face?
For many concerns — anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions — written therapy is proven to be highly effective. The act of writing itself is therapeutic, and having my replies in writing means you can revisit them anytime.
How quickly will I hear back?
I reply every business day. Each reply takes real time and care — I'd rather give you a thoughtful answer than a fast one.
What if I'm in crisis?
E-mail therapy is not suitable for emergencies or acute crises. If you need immediate help, please contact your local crisis line or emergency services. If you're unsure, write to me and I'll help you find the right support.
Do I need to be a good writer?
Not at all. Spelling, structure and style don't matter — honesty does. Write the way you'd talk to a trusted friend.

Curious to try it?
Send me a first message — there's no commitment, and I'll help you decide whether e-mail therapy is right for you.
